- 5 / 5By Mark GardnerEvery time I visit Cornwall I always end up going to Boscastle, it is a very small place but it has so much charm, character and history and great views out to sea from the harbour wall. I wouldn't advise visiting when there is heavy flooding as you will only get in the way of the locals ho are trying to save their worldly possessions.
